14 year old drives 1973 Mercury Meteor Rideau 500 Collector Show Car

This car is all original including the white wall tires and this car has only been driven for 46,500 miles (that’s about 1000 miles per year) and has spent most of its life stored in a barn until I recently reconditioned it to be safe to drive. I owned several of these cars and I was a mechanic for many years specializing on Fords. So I knew exactly how to set the points, carburetor and all on this 400 cubic inch engine. I also had the troublesome strut rod rubber bushings replaced for safety sake.

I drove this car to where it was shown at the Fraser Valley Classic Car Show on July 17  2016 in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

This Rideau model maybe the only one in existence and also note that it was custom ordered and built in Canada and with no right view mirror?
